Construction Management
Construction Management has evolved as the preferred construction approach for many of our clients. As construction manager, Mazur contracts directly with the client and serves as an asset on their “side of the table”. This approach offers full service pre-construction, including cost consulting, constructability analysis, product availability, value engineering and competitive bid management.
Mazur Construction Management becomes an integral partner who is involved in planning and design meetings throughout the year. We become familiar with unique components of the clients buildings, operating procedures and systems. Mazur collaborates with the architect and client to create annual maintenance plans and 3, 5, or 10 year building plans. This method is a partnership in the truest sense.
General Contracting
The General Contracting approach follows the traditional design-bid-build process. Once the architectural and engineering drawings are complete, Mazur will perform a thorough scope review and prepare a comprehensive lump sum bid to complete the project.
Design/Build
The Design/Build approach integrates design and construction services under the direction of Mazur. By managing both phases, we foster collaborative workflows, leading to faster project delivery. Clients benefit from single-point responsibility, simplifying communication and decision-making.
